The studios and apartments Lataniers are situated in the very popular Le Morne area only 2 minutes drive to the famous Kite Surf beach and just opposite the Paradise Resort Golf Club. Latanier lies on the foot of the Le Morne Brabant Mountain and enjoys a stunning outlook over a picturesque strip of the ocean.

Accommodation:

The 6 Studios are with air-conditioning and with all facilities balcony/terrace view on the pool and ocean, local TV. For families, there are 2 air-conditioning apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette, meals corner, veranda, private bathroom with shower.
The main living room has a double bed which can be split into 2 single beds if necessary and an additional single bed.

Latannier Facilities

On the spot there is a reception, 24 hours security service, Medical services / Doctor (on request)
A well maintained swimming pool with back rest and a large covered area in the garden which could be used for parties or a BBQ.
There is a daily housekeeping service from Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and public holidays. Just next door there is a small shopping complex with some boutiques, exchange office and bank.

In the nearby there is shops, water-sports, diving, deep sea fishing, golf, bank and public transport.

Our comment

It is an affordable tourist accommodation in pleasant surroundings and with close proximity to much of interest in the south west region. It is certainly the perfect place for enjoying water sports.

The daily rates include 1 time weekly cleaning service, towels and bed linen.
