DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Deposit of 30% low season & 50% for middle and high season of total amount required to confirm a booking. Invoice balance payable up to within 21 days prior to the arrival in Mauritius.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Client Cancellation:
(a) Cancelling prior to paying the balance due at 12 weeks: The deposit is refunded.
(b) Cancelling up to within 3 weeks prior to the arrival date: 30% or 50% of the rental cost is forfeited depending on season.
(c) Cancelling less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date: 100% of the rental cost is forfeited.

MINIMUM STAY

A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
